It was excellent working with Vanessa with EMT, she handled it all! Vanessa made planning our yearly trip so easy! It’s usually a stressful process for us...finding the right resort, best deal, and airfare…it’s a lot! This was so easy and she found us an amazing package! She kept in touch and provided information as we got closer to travel time. Sent us excursion information, planned our golf day and provided us great detailed info on the resort and things they offered. We got what we asked for and what our expectations were, she hit the mark! We asked a clean, well-maintained property, great service and great food and that's what she gave us! 🙂 We also felt the package deal and pricing was very fair! Communication was great and kept us informed and were there to help with any details of the planning stages!  Everything was Perfection! Club level room with a butler 🤯 Golf was wonderful-complete with the crocs that were promised! 😎 Airport transfer were the best we’ve ever experienced! We usually have issues with airport pickup and this time it was fast & easy!  I would definitely recommend EMT's services because you don't have to do anything!

Then giving us a few options and details about each resort helped with our final decision. We didn’t feel overwhelmed and it made the process very easy.
